Instructions:

  1. Download the Kindermusik Trial Class Registration Form (right-click - and select Save As..)
  2. Print out the Kindermusik Trial Class Registration Form and fill out you and your child's particulars
  3. Enclose a cheque, made payable to Kindermusik Asia Pte Ltd
  4. Mail the Kindermusik Trial Class Registration Form and cheque to:

  5. or fax us the Kindermusik Trial Class Registration Form with your credit card details to (65) 6235 3206
